On delicate areas, I would pull back the skin taught or it can do some damage. The discs seem to wear out after 2-3 uses. They do have a small assortment of coarseness but you will probably need to buy more. I use this on my face only. I have some hyperpigmentation that I want my serums to penetrate but can't seem to get past the upper skin later. This definitely helps. Some might be better off with a microneedler but for my purposes, this is good. No amount of exfoliating scrub does what this does.
