Taste, quality and delivery *by C***S on May 22, 2021* Excellent product. Better than other Teff Flour brands. Teff is one of the healthiest grains. I bought this to make injera, yet I found myself using it as a gluten-free alternative to regular wheat flour. Other gluten free grain flours (like rice flour) hurt my stomach even though they're gluten free. This one does not at all! Perhaps it's because it's directly from Ethiopia and therefore it is non-GMO or not polluted like the soil in unfortunately many American wheat farms. I'm usually all about buy American only!
