I have tried several Calcium tablets and Gummys. My Vitamin D strength is not too much that the D in this product will interfere ( when you next visit your Doctor, this is a good time to go over EVERYTHING that you take.) Making sure all you take works together, not against each other. For ex., some meds should not be taken with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, some meds needs to be taken an hour earlier that any other med. You need to know these things people. If your Doctor is a good one, He/She wants you to be aware of these interactions--if they are too busy--get another Doctor !OK--back to the Revly--they are vegetarian--yay.......gluten free--yay.......the biggest deal to me is they are not full of un-necessary additives and they taste good.
