Review: Great Halloween Decoration - I sponsor a huge haunted mansion in the Frederic Remington Art Museum in Ogdensburg, NY. I'm always looking to change it up every year so, I bought this. It worked exactly as described. I hung it from the ceiling and rested it on top of a mannequin. When guests passed by, the head started spinning, moaning, and playing eerie music, and scared a lot of people.
