I use a heaping teaspoon for a half cup of hot water,stir for about 30 to 60 seconds and enjoy. I leave the spoon in the cup to stir if it sets too long the oils start to separate. I intermittent fast from 6PM to noon the next day. I only drink about 2 -4 half cups of this Keto Coffee in the morning till I eat my first low carb meal around noon. I like the taste and it gives me plenty of energy to get thru my mornings. I also will have a half a cup after my noon time meal. I eat a light low carb meal before 6PM ,rinse and repeat.
