I have a 2012 A4 Avant with the S-Line trim and the factory 18" wheels, these are 100% exact replacement parts. I was able to take it out of the box, and pop it on the car. It snapped into place and isn't going anywhere. I was really surprised to have lost one to be honest. This cap is perfect and now I have all 4 again. I couldn't have asked for better, especially when you look at how much Audi wants for them new.
