(Including a tray)** A: Unfortunately there is no any specific test report about the weight these runners can hold, as it is considered that according to the use for it has been designed it is not required. Anyway, you can be sure that they are strong enought for its purpose, this is: to hold the pannel of the sliding shelf, a keyboard and mouse and the force/pression of the person who is using it. **Q: What is the height of the slider - i.e. how low will the shelf end up compared to the underside of the desk when mounted?** A: It depends on the thickness of your shelf but the overall size of the bracket is stated as 7cm so with a shelf of about 1.5 to 2cm you shoul;d have about 5 to 5.5 cm of clearance. However, the one I bought was nearer to 8cm so I had nearly 6cm. **Q: What is the length of the slider when closed?** A: When the slider is fully retracted the runner unit measures 36mm which is the measurement given in the product dimensions. When the slider is fully open the length from back to front is about 53 or 54mm. I hope that helps! **Q: What size screws do you need?** A: Type/size of the screws depend on the surface where you want to assembly. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transform Your Workspace with Effortless Ergonomics 💻⬆️ *by R***D on 25 March 2024* In the realm of workspace organization, few things are as game-changing as the Emuca Ball Bearing Runners for underdesk keyboard platforms. Our old one was purpose made for built in office furniture so I was unclear if this would do the job. Its was bit fiddly getting the new runners parallel and the right spacing but I got there. These runners are 10 cm longer than the ones being replaced but although that meant an under-desk overhang, from the front and in practice it didn't matter. I couldn't find a shorter option anyway. Only beef is these come with no screws, but I used the old ones anyway so not a problem in my case. ## Frequently Bought Together - Emuca - Set of Roller-Bearing Runners for underdesk keyword Platform/Shelf/Drawer, Grey, Wood - 60mm Black PC Computer Desk Plastic Grommet Table Cable Tidy Wire Hole Cover … (1 x) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/81654290-emuca-set-of-roller-bearing-runners-for-underdesk-keyword-platform](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/81654290-emuca-set-of-roller-bearing-runners-for-underdesk-keyword-platform) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
