The part that holds the brush head broke off, just need to buy one!** A: I bought the set back in 2019. A few months ago the black toothbrush stopped working properly. It just refuses to turn on with a brush head on it. It tries to turn on WITH a brush on it, but no luck. I knew this would be an issue eventually. It is a struggle to put on and remove the brushes. It’s way too tight. **Q: Where can i get replacement head? I want to get one but i dont see replacement heads** A: Replacement heads can be found here https://www.amazon.com/Pursonic-pack-replacement-Brush-Heads/dp/B004GYHPOA/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1DK1EA3V9DAHR&keywords=pursonic+replacement+brush+heads&qid=1550511524&s=gateway&sprefix=pursonic+%2Caps%2C189&sr=8-5 **Q: Does the brush oscillate** A: The brush head actually does move independent of the body, just like the Phillips Sonicare, but it is small and fast, so hard to see. The bristles are fixed to the shaft of the head that clicks into the handle body, but that head shaft does move. You feel the vibration in the handle, but that is the same as most toothbrushes. You won't see as much movement as an OralB that twists the upper bristles and moves the lower bristles up and down, but they are comparable for cleaning IMO. I have the Sonicare, and have had Oral B, so that is why my comparison of these 3 brush movements. **Q: do they both charge at the same time?** A: Yes, both Handles charge simultaneously and as soon as you place them on the charging dock. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long lasting and worth the money *by on Reviewed in the United States October 2, 2026* We have had these for 3 years now and haven’t had any problems. It cleans our teeth great, battery last, easy to use and the brush heads are easy to change. Highly recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy this over the competition *by on Reviewed in the United States August 1, 2026* Here’s a more polished, natural-sounding version of your review:This is my favorite electric toothbrush I’ve ever owned! I’ve used Sonicare, Colgate, and Oral-B over the years, and the Aquasonic is easily my top pick.It feels very similar to the Sonicare I had, but at a much more affordable price. I also love that it comes with a generous supply of replacement brush heads, which adds a lot of value. My Colgate electric toothbrush was decent, but they eventually stopped making replacement heads, and it never felt as high quality as the Aquasonic. As for Oral-B, I know a lot of people love it, but it just wasn’t for me. I’m not sure if it was the round brush head or the oscillating motion, but brushing always felt too aggressive and intense. I gave it about six months, hoping I’d get used to it, but I never enjoyed the brushing experience and eventually switched. For me, the Aquasonic provides the perfect balance of effective cleaning, comfort, and value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 22, 2026* This has quickly become a favorite purchase! Instructions say to charge overnight and we did. The blue light quit blinking and turned off indicating it had a full charge and removed from the charger. After the first use, my whole mouth felt so clean! I used the clean setting first, then the whitening, and followed up with the massage. Will update with length of charge. So far, real happy! ## Frequently Bought Together - Aquasonic Duo - Dual Handle Ultra Whitening 40,000 VPM Wireless Charging Electric ToothBrushes - 3 Modes with Smart Timers - 10 Dupont Brush Heads & 2 Travel Cases Included - Aquasonic Black Series Ultra Whitening Toothbrush – ADA Accepted Electric Toothbrush- 8 Brush Heads & Travel Case – 40,000 VPM Electric Motor & Wireless Charging - 4 Modes w Smart Timer --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/81627878-aquasonic-duo-dual-handle-ultra-whitening-40-000-vpm-wireless](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/81627878-aquasonic-duo-dual-handle-ultra-whitening-40-000-vpm-wireless) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
