It's an absolute game changer, I don't even feel it. The cup comes in a nice little pouch with clear instructions on how to use it and if you follow these and maybe watch a video or two then you get the hang of it. I seriously regret not getting this sooner. Also I don't see the point of buying other cups that are douple or triple the price, you seriously can't even feel it, its soft but definitely does what it is meant to do so no point overspending. No way of going back to other products, I found everything uncomfortable as I have sensitive skin prone to irritation so went through everything you could possibly think of and then I found this!!
