Male-Threaded Zinc Impact Head lets you replace or add an impact head to your yard’s watering system. Designed for dependability, impact heads have an uninterrupted water flow and are clog-resistant, even when used with dirty or reclaimed water from ponds and canals. Sprays up to a 90-ft. diameter, making it ideal for large-area watering. Easily adjust the coverage from a partial section to a full circle. Features a deflector shield for distance adjustment and an anti-backsplash arm to aid in spray pattern and area coverage. A simple twist of the diffuser screw breaks up the water stream, creating larger or smaller water droplets. The all-metal construction is designed to hold up against the typical wear and tear that most impact sprinklers experience, giving you years of dependable use. Review: Well Made and Inexpensive. - This is a great sprinkler. It's well made with plenty of adjustments. Some people complained about the sprinkler being too tight to turn. If it's too loose or too tight you can adjust the friction just above the base with a wrench. An all metal sprinkler for the money is fantastic. If you don't already have a spike to attach the sprinkler to they can be found for around four bucks which makes the unit very budget friendly. I'm impressed enough I just ordered a second one Review: Of quality and it worked - Seems to be made well and the item feels heavy. Better than the plastic ones. Functioned as designed. ## Features - LARGE-AREA COVERAGE: Sprays up to 85 ft. in diameter, covering 5,670 sq. ft. when set to a full circle. - DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Quality zinc materials ensure it will last season after season. - ADJUSTABLE COVERAGE: Easily adjust spray coverage from a partial section to full 360° watering. - CUSTOMIZABLE SETTINGS: Use the deflector shield and diffuser screw to alter the stream and change the spray distance radius anywhere from 20 to 42 ft. - ANTI-BACKSPLASH ARM: Improves the sprinkler’s ability to spray water in a consistent pattern and in the desired direction. - RESISTS CLOGS: Flow-through design, resistant to clogs and ideal for secondary water. - UNIVERSAL REPLACEMENT: Works alongside or replaces existing 1/2-in. impact sprinkler heads. - SIZE: 1/2-in. male threaded. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B004RUH7FU | | Best Sellers Rank | #38,901 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #129 in Lawn & Garden Sprinklers | | Brand | Orbit | | Brand Name | Orbit | | Color | green | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 543 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00046878550155 | | Inlet Connection Size | 0.5 inches | | Item Dimensions | 7.25 x 5.5 x 2.25 inches | | Item Type Name | Zinc Impact Sprinkler | | Item Weight | 7.36 ounces | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 7.25 x 5.5 x 2.25 inches | | Manufacturer | Orbit | | Manufacturer Part Number | 55015 | | Material | Zinc | | Material Type | Zinc | | Model Number | 55015 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style | 360,Adjustable | | Style Name | 360,Adjustable | | UPC | 046878550155 | | Unit Count | 20 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Orbit - **Color:** green - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 7.25 x 5.5 x 2.25 inches - **Material:** Zinc - **Style:** 360,Adjustable ## Images ![Orbit 55015 Zinc Impact Sprinkler, Pack of 1 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/817EeNY0KpL.jpg) ![Orbit 55015 Zinc Impact Sprinkler, Pack of 1 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81vM-BixOyL.jpg) ![Orbit 55015 Zinc Impact Sprinkler, Pack of 1 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31X6legFDCL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: can this be used on an orbit tripod? (as a replacement to one that had a brass sprinkler head)** A: Probably. The stem is standard size and threading. I have several different brands and regularly interchange the sprinkler heads to service them. I'd recommend getting an extra one for backup. **Q: Does this sprinkler contain any lead or toxic materials? Ie does it come with Proposition 65 warnings.** A: They are basically aluminum cast with a zinc coating. There is no lead on them. **Q: which model number sprinkler should I put on the orbit impact sprinkler with metal wheelbase model number 56186?** A: Hi 58001 or 55015 or 58006 thank you **Q: Can the nozzles be changed, allowing for use of larger or smaller nozzles?** A: No, but the flow to the sprinkler can be changed by adding a turn-off valve at the end of the hose. Also, there is a "flap" that changes the distance and a screw that breaks up the sprinkler arc. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well Made and Inexpensive. *by C***D on August 28, 2026* This is a great sprinkler.
