I just normally chalk it up and go on and simply return said item BUT this thermal printer is absolutely awful. I had a cheaper one for 3 years and it finally but the dust. So I’ve been looking at different ones and saw many people recommend this item on their Amazon storefront. So considering the price I thought it surely was better than my last one. I was very WRONG. Literally won’t print and when it does only smears like the one pictured. It would print a few labels then completely shut down not printing AT ALL.
