It fits perfectly and has the Alessi mark at the bottom but it is slightly thicker than the original

I bought this as a replacement insert for my King Kong Alessi mug. It is expensive but that is what you expect for a quality Alessi product.

Alessi have changed the dimensions
I have previously purchased this identical product with the exact same product code. What I have received is heavier (thicker wall) so less delicate in appearance. It’s also slightly narrower in diameter so a little loose in the stainless steel holder. So, this is either a poor copy or they changed dimensions.
