**Q: I cannot get it working on AC 120V.  I purchased one before and it worked for 220V. What is the problem?**
A: This is a 220 VAC device only. It will not work with 110 VAC.    The vendor was not terribly clear, and the data was buried in the description text. I made the same mistake. It would be nice if the vendor would put that in the header with the large bolder letters. Like,  "10000W, 220VAC only SCR .............." etc. But he sells more of them this way.

**Q: Mine arrived without the control pannel, how do I get on to operate the unit?**
A: Without a control panel, it won't work the way it is intended to. The control panel is how you regulate the voltage going into the SCR.

**Q: Can I use it to control 110V electric heater?**
A: I use it for a heat gun. Maybe not a large resistive heater.

**Q: what color are the digits is the display?**
A: The numbers display in Red.
