**Q: Are these bands too long to use for doing deadlifts?  If you stand on them with feet at shoulder with would you be able to perform this exercise?**
A: U would be better using a bar and hooking a band over either end and fixing them to something

A: Yes you can, it all depends on where you grip the band with your hands to add more or less resistance, so some of the band can hang loose. Some people also loop the band over their shoulders, but this isn't as versatile to be able to alter the amount of resistance. There are plenty of ways shown online in videos on how to do it these ways and other ways to achieve the deadlift resistance.

**Q: my last bands broke in a yr how long will these last for the price**
A: Hi If you look after them properly and don't let them come into contact with sharp / rough surfaces which degrades the rubber there is no reason why they shouldn't last for many years.

**Q: How do u know which u need to help with pull ups?**
A: There is a colour coded guide with this product and you can see it in the pictures when buying the product but on average if your doing 10 pull ups and your under 75kg in weight then purple or green pending your fitness level over 75kg green or blue

Good quality resistance band for pull ups and other exercises. Use a range of different weights in the gym and bought this one for home training.

Great quality bands, really strong & so many things you can do with them. I originally bought these with just a couple of exercises in mind and mainly assisted pull ups, but once they arrived I started to realise just how many areas of the body you can exercise. I'm especially loving all the shoulder exercises as I've always found this a hard area to train. On top of this they are so portable you can use them for a quick workout anywhere I did used to have some other bands but these seem a step up on the quality side, pretty indestructible. I think I'm now going to buy the full set so I've got all bases covered- good work Teknifit!
