For this item. assembly was easy in spite of the poor instructions. They appear sturdy, though I doubt they'll handle 2 tons. They won't be used for that much weight anyway. **Q: What is adjustment length for screws on Goplus 2 ton high reach tripod?**
A: 12 in

**Q: everyone one of these I ordered came with a threaded rod that will not allow them to screw in any suggestions?**
A: I have two of them and they work great. Just hold the bottom of the sleeve and it will adjust up or down

**Q: Is there one tat comes with a cradle adapter on top of the stand as opposed to the flat surface? Thanks**
A: Not positive if you can get one, it comes only with flat padded surface.
Definitely reccomend using this with any two posts lifts.

**Q: What is the dimensions of the top pad?**
