When I removed from package and pulled off seal, the product was already dried out. Beyond return date so I am the one who pays for the defect. I contacted the company who responded but did nothing to fix the issue. I asked for a refund as I had already purchased a different product locally to complete my project, and that's when they stopped responding.

Beyond return date so I am the one who pays for the defect. I contacted the company who responded but did nothing to fix the issue. I asked for a refund as I had already purchased a different product locally to complete my project, and that's when they stopped responding.
