NEMO’s custom Elements hardware collection gains a new forged hub design this year, a piece that enables the crossbar “wings” to angle upward before tension is applied. Erosion before and like this better as its is an even simpler design. I was sore that I had to re-tie all of the knots on the stake-out loops which is not a big deal but, they should have been ready to go out of the box. Also, I had to reseal the ends of those same small cords on two of the stake-out loops-they were frayed and needed some help from a bic lighter.
