However, the handle was shattered so I had to return it.The packaging it came in had bubble wrap around it but it wasn't protecting the handle. I'd recommend wrapping the handle better or putting shipping paper between the handle and the cup part. The smaller box for the mug was put in a much larger box with other items that were sent loose.
