All tools not needed for Samsung J5 (2017) - just prying tools to remove old screen. First attempt at replacement failed - followed West's instructions to press more firmly, but glass broke (it is very fragile). When removing old screen, old adhesives become covered in very small bits of broken glass & need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. After contacting them re: poor fit, they are expediting new part.
