Then, when we removed her from the box, she was covered in black marks (that took a lot of scrubbing to get off of her). Next, we tried using the disk (labeled DVD), but there's nothing on it, it's blank. Then we looked for the instructional manual, and only found a numbered list of everything this manikin can do. Last but not least, we're trying to connect the battery pack, but with no instructions on how to get into the chest cavity (see photo of inside of the manikin), we are unable to properly use it.
