I highly recommend this case and the customer service is brilliant. It is very slim, easy and seemed solidly built.However, after just 2 months the case has stopped charging. If I plug it in, nothing happens - I cant charge the phone or the battery. I contacted the company and filled in their form online to request support under the warranty. After two weeks and three follow-up emails, I've had no response. This is unacceptable service and not a company to deal with. I would suggest avoiding. Unfortunately it only worked for two months then would not accept a charge. I noticed that there was a review warning that the case charging socket was very loose and this appeared to be the problem with the one that I had been sent. I checked everything else like the lead, charger etc and it became obvious that it was a problem with the socket on the case itself. I sent two emails to the manufacturer and got no reply from them so I emailed Amazon customer service. Full credit to Amazon, within an hour they got back to me informing me that they would reimburse me.
