It is simply aged Basmati rice. Usna means parboiled. This is not parboiled. Arwa rice is grown free of chemicals. I cannot say whether Devaaya is free from chemical usage. **Q: Why the crop date/year is not mentioned on the pack? How do I trust these are aged rice and not from recent crop?** A: This is never written as the time gap between the crop is harvested and stored is always variable.
