I have used the Proactiv mask for years as an overnight blemish reducer and had a moderate amount of success, but some success was better than none. I decided to try the Skintactix because I heard about the corrective power of Green tea on acne prone skin...... I used it as directed and the next day noticed a remarkable reduction in some older blemishes. Then I decided to try it as an overnight mask!!!! The results were incredible!!! I am prone to cystic acne around my chin, and usually, I just suffer through the two weeks it takes for a cyst to go away. But this mask reduced my cysts so fast I can barely find words to express it!!! At the moment, I am suffering from hormonal acne especially on my chin and jawline and I had ordered only this mask because it was my favorite thing from Skintactix. However, I would not recommend wearing it under makeup because I think it clogs my pores when I do that. You only need a little bit because if you use too much, it will just roll up and come off your skin. If I used Skintactix products again exclusively maybe I would have better results, but I use a lot of different products for my skin. This product smells very natural and is not harsh on my skin, but as I said it may not be smart to use it underneath makeup. I highly recommend this company, though, as they are very helpful in helping you find a solution that will work for you. Those years ago when I first discovered them and purchased their products, they even e-mailed me suggestions on what supplements to take and told me that it sounded like I might have had a dairy sensitivity/allergy. At that time, I shrugged it off and thought, no my doctors would have told me that. I am now gluten and dairy free at the suggestion of my current doctor and I wish that I would have taken their suggestion more seriously. These people know about skin problems.
