Of course, it cannot take away the physical manifestations of a hangover such as feeling tired and worn, but the worst bits, feeling dehydrated, nausea, the awful headaches are gone! You wake up with a clear head and can then go on to start your day normally. It is also all natural ingredients, I have never had any side effects, and is tasteless which is great.
