I have only have had it for about two weeks so I cant say much about longevity of the motor but has been running flawlessly and works great. Also great to have the App to run it as well. The only thing I would say about it is the bracket that holds the cabinet top is a little unstable and moves around easily, information says the motor will push up 135 lbs but not sure this bracket will actually hold it. I had to drill additional holes in the bottom of these brackets to stabilize it. Still deciding on what I am actually going to use for the top. It extends plenty high out of the top of the box I built as well but i only have a 55" TV on it. Other then that it went together great and hope to get many years use out of it. The time between pressing the small button on the control unit and the set button on the remote needs to be done quickly. The courteous tech support lady was very helpful. The unit runs smooth.
