After closer look you can see that it was put together by hand and whoever did it stripped one of the screws and therefore one of the inserts was loose. I had a tap and die set to fix it but who has that on-hand? The overall look was ok and it served its purpose but could definitely use some refinement in securing down the inserts. Basically the inserts was held in by 4 screws with washers in back. It was not designed like the wall plates you see in offices where the inserts snap into place. Another issue I had was the power inserts, it was made to universally fit every county on the planet because there was holes, slots, angles, everywhere. When I stuck the 110 plug into it I had to jam it in to get it to fit. On the backside of the insert…. Well you have to cut off an extension cord and solder the bare wires to the screw down terminals in back. This in my opinion I passed using the power and just used the hole as a pass through for a 3 plug extension strip.
