After making sure it worked, I unplugged everything and moved it to the other side of the desk. Now it does not power on. I did some troubleshooting, unplugged all connections except the power, removed the Decklink card, nothing. Pretty sure there is a short in the daughter board that has the thunderbolt and display port connections. If I remove the internal power number from the pcie board to the daughter board it will power up. When I connect the internal power cable (Yellow and Black) the power supply light goes from solid to a slow flash. Anyway, I am returning it, but thought this might be helpful to someone. Buying a different model.
