A: No, I'm sorry, it can only be engraved as shown

A: Medium Tip.

**Q: Does it include the refill or do you have to buy it separately?**
A: It comes with a full ink cartridge, you would need to buy additional refills separately.  It uses the following refills:
Black refill #: Fine Point = CRO8514; Medium = CRO8513
Blue refill #: Fine Point = CRO8512; Medium = CRO8511
