I realized that when I ordered, but nonetheless, this could be missed if you are not aware. The shipping cost nearly doubled the overall price of the product, which did give me considerable pause. This would affect return, should it be needed, as shipping may not be reimbursed. Despite that I decided it was still a very competitive price over all and went ahead with my order. Secondly, the product did not arrive on the predetermined date. I had seen in other reviews some complaints regarding that, as well as comments about partial orders being delivered. When my order arrived, two days late, with only half of the order, I immediately contacted the company via the desertcart and Rovzun order page. I was happy to see a customer response very quickly and they assured me that another box would be arriving and I was told to wait "patient." My tracking information only stated "delivered" had been done, so I remained somewhat nervous. Two days later, with no new package that I could even track, I contacted Rovsun again, via "chat" and I had quick response with a support person who gave me the tracking number.
