The rotors were warped and needed replacement - the seller offered a $100 credit but finding Tektro 140mm rotors is next to impossible - there are other 140mm out there but the standard is now 160mm. (bikes on sale or discontinued usually cut corners to entice buyers).The brakes on the bike are also average at best. (pretty awful) They'll need to be replaced if you want to change to 160mm rotors - A full TRP brake kit (from AlixExpress) can be had for $60. I personally think the seller should always handle the problem and send the parts instead of offering a credit because it takes a tremendous amount of time to source parts - get it fixed (needs a pro b/c setting up disc brakes takes a lot of finesse and you can't get it wrong). After I informed the Seller about the rotors, I sent them a detail email with photographs to show the bent rotors. Then the seller suggested it was the brakes that were not calibrated correctly. So they didn't believe me even after sending detailed pictures with a thorough explanation. Then they said to bend them back but truing rotors takes a pro and even that's not good enough for disc brakes. That's not the sign of a good seller.
