A: Just register a complaint on philips website and u will be called from costumer care, asking purchase bill and within 2 days of submitting the bill, u'll receive new one. I got replaced 2 bulbs recently

A: Call amazon cc . I got my money back and I was asked to get my bulbs replaced from show room . its great
