However, I haven't seen any progress on it helping to reduce or eliminate anything. Sadly, like most of the complaints against this product (seller) and possibly others - is that the product requires refrigeration. It showed up on my doorstep in a minimally insulted envelop and an ice pack bag that was warmer than the outside temperature. In addition, the delivery person placed the package in direct sunlight. I spread the product the same evening - after sunset - the day of delivery. I'm not expecting anything great from the product or company. **Q: How do I know how many β€œmillion” I need for the area I have to cover?** A: They have a recommendation chart on their website **Q: How do i know if it worked? when i received my package the ice was melted and the package was warm. is there a chance the nematodes were destroyed?** A: Nematodes are very durable and the ice pack is used more for moisture than it is for keeping the Nematodes cold during transit. We do not at all expect the ice to still be cold upon receipt. They are reared in rooms up to 105 degrees and are not activated until mixed with water therefore are perfectly fine and ready to use upon receipt. If you are not going to use them immediately they can be stored for up to 4 weeks in your household refrigerator. If they are no longer viable they will smell like rotten meat. **Q: is this product shipped with ice packs to keep product at correct temperature?** A: The product was shipped in a minimally insulted envelop containing one (1) ice pack. Sadly, the ice pack had melted and was above the outside temperature. In addition, the delivery driver placed the envelop in the direct sunlight on the porch. ## Frequently Bought Together - Natures Good Guys - Triple Blend Beneficial Nematodes HB+SC+SF (50 Million) - Chapin G390 Hose End Sprayer For Water Soluble Materials, 20 Gallon, 32 Ounce Tank, Finger Control and Backflow Prevention, For Spraying Lawns, Weeds, Insects, Fertilizers, Translucent White - Chapin 20000 Made in USA 1 -Gallon Lawn and Garden Pump Pressured Sprayer, for Spraying Plants, Garden Watering, Weeds and Pests, Polypropylene, Translucent White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/770168559-naturesgoodguys-beneficial-nematodes-triple-blend-pack-hb-sc-sf-general](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/770168559-naturesgoodguys-beneficial-nematodes-triple-blend-pack-hb-sc-sf-general) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
