This binder is stretchier than some, so I don't get as much of a muffin-top effect as I have with other binders. There is tissue up top over the binding panel, but the stretchiness gives it a gentle slope, which kind of blends in instead of sticking out. And the soft fabric above the binding panel goes up high enough to cover everything for me. Unfortunately, the stretchiness does allow for more movement when jumping.
