As soon as I had assembled was able to cut my law back which is quarter of an acre , I was actually very surprised how good it was, for the size, the blade circumference is smallish so it took about an hour or so and 3 charged batteries to do the area but for me it was absolutely perfect. It was easy to manage and store away afterward as compact. The strap was handy to allow me to swing the arm around. I took the tall grass down gradually rather than trying to cut the bottom first as the grass did tend to get wrapped around the disc- I think once I perfected this it worked really well. I used the metal blade, everywhere, my lawn was was well overdue a cut as my mower was being repaired. It's reasonable tough for something so light weight, the metal components were solid. I would have bought their next one up but it was £50 more and looks even more robust, I will see how this goes as my budget wouldn't allow this time, but this Strimmer looked better quality than other comparable ones in the price range; plus they were not trying to sell me a load of extras I didn't really need. Put together easily enough, although the pictures were not very clear, and that might not be so easy for anyone who has not done this sort of thing before, it took me about 5 minutes to assemble once it was unpacked. Two batteries, lasted about 30 minutes max each, a number of different cutting blades, all easy to fit. Glasses and gloves were a good idea for safety and I recommend you use them.
