**Q: How many 10 oz cups does the 28 oz bag make?**
A: I don't know exactly but that the 28 oz. Bag lasted me a long time and I drink a lot of coffee.  It is a great value and costs the same as the 20oz.

**Q: Just received two 28oz bags of ground Veranda. Neither bag was vacuum sealed. Is there a way to insure bags are properly sealed in the future?**
A: If they weren't sealed properly then it isn't fresh at all. Send it back! Has to be fresh or it isn't any good!

**Q: How do you contact customer service?  this time my bag was broke open during shipping.**
A: I'd ask to return it.

**Q: Is this coffee beans or powdered coffee.?**
A: It is powdered  (ground) coffee.

We’ve been buying Starbucks Blonde Roast Ground Coffee — Veranda Blend for years, and it’s consistently the coffee we keep stocked in our home. It’s our “house coffee” because it’s reliable, smooth, and easy to enjoy every day. The flavor is mild and very smooth, without the bitterness that some coffees have. I usually add a little creamer and sugar, but with this blend I need much less because it already tastes great on its own. Even friends who drink their coffee black always comment on how good it is, which says a lot. Another big plus for me personally is that some coffees can trigger migraines, but I’ve never had that issue with this one, so I feel good about drinking it regularly. We buy the 28 oz size on subscription, which makes it a really good value and ensures we never run out. I store it in an airtight container (Coffee Gator), and it stays fresh and flavorful. For our 8–10 cup morning pot, I typically use three scoops, which gives the perfect strength for our tastes. If you prefer a strong, bold dark roast, this might taste a little mild—but for a smooth everyday coffee, it’s perfect.
