It has strong bristles but not that strong to scratch. **Q: I need a brush for a bathtub that was recently refinished - it must be scratch resistant and soft nylon so as not to harm the finish - will this work?** A: Yes the brush is pretty scratch resistant, but more importantly, it is amazing in quality.
