You could probably tell what your neighbors 4 doors down are having for dinner. The infrared mode is pure beast mode. At night it looks like the Eye Of Sauron and frankly its downright intimidating. For any hapless perp that happened to miss the evil red eyes peering through the darkness, they are sure to need an extra pair of underwear when the spotlight, sirens, and red and blue light lights activate.For the cons, the AI recognition and motion detection is terrible. It keeps identifying my neighbors mailbox as a human. Sometimes fence posts as well. When you turn the sensitivity down, it starts to miss real people motion events, and still picks up that dang mailbox. When it does manage to track the target, the camera sometimes goes nuts, loses track of the original target, and never goes back to the preset cruise. I didnt have much hope here for this, but didnt buy for ai alarm capability or tracking. The 24/7 recording is also remarkable for how much they can compress on a SD card at 4k resolution.
