I really liked this book! my physical therapist recommended that I continue dry cupping at home for all my future needs and this book covered so many details that she just didn't have time to tell me. I ordered the exact set of dry cups that she used and this book was a recommended book for the set. The TCM way of using the cups is not exactly the same as use for my stiff muscles but with my PT's advice and this book it makes so much more sense now. I'm glad I got the book.
