I found it difficult to adjust the straps etc at first, but found that by modifying the product slightly everything is much easier - I can't understand why the manufacturers don't do something similar, as it makes so much sense.Here's my quick hack - In order to stop the straps from slipping through the D-rings, snip the ends off a couple of cotton buds and insert the plastic rods through the tiny loops that exist at the end of the velcro straps, so that the rod juts out slightly from either side of the strap loop. Doing this will make the brace ready to slip on and quickly adjust anytime you need to wear it.
