You better make sure you get it exactly where you want before pressing down on them. They adhere to the wall on some kind of supernatural molecular level almost immediately. These are not 3M. This adhesive would withstand a nuclear blast. I accidentally shattered one trying to adjust it, but that’s on me. I ended up purchasing two other sets. Very happy.

**Q: Is there a way to take these off of a wall without pulling the paint off?**
A: Slide a table knife between the holder and the wall to loosen. It did scratch the wall just a little (wasn't careful enough)  and need to rub off the adhesive from the wall. Command strips would be better.

**Q: Are the adhesive tape strips already applied to the frame? or are they supplied separately, so I can use Command strips instead.**
