Man steht stabil, kommt vom Fleck und die Belastung der Knie und Füße ist etwas geringer als bei dem normalen Ghost (oder Ähnlichem von Nike und Co.), weil es etwas stärker gedämpft ist. Das war in dem Fall auch der Grund für den Kauf: weniger Streß für die Knie. Und ich werde ganz sicher ein weiteres Paar davon kaufen, da ich seit Monaten sehr zufrieden bin und da ein frisches Paar von benötige, wenn das Paar bald seine Laufleistung runter hat. Geht sicher vom Profil auch mal auf trockenem Waldboden, aber da nehme ich derzeit noch Nike und setze diesen eben für alle harten Untergründe ein.
