Well, it works.
I recently purchased a WWAN card that wasn't working with my device. This adapter has really helped me determine whether it was the WWAN card or my device that was acting faulty.I think the surprising bit is that it was my device - the WWAN card was fine. But that just proves the point that the adapter works, too.

Buying this type of PCI adapters is a lottery
It didn't work for me for what I needed, it wasn't even recognized by my operating system (windows 10 pro)I needed to update the firmware of a Mikrotik brand network card and this adapter did not work for that

I can't get it to Work
I've been trying to use different SIM cards on it, but the computer doesn't even recognize the device, not sure what else I can try but is not working at all so far.

Doesn't work
Completely non-functional, Windows does not recognize the device, and you can't update the device's drivers.

my experience
it works, it was plug and play for me. plugged it in and windows 10 found a driver and loaded it. I really like the screw less clip-on for the wwan slot. an improvement would be a sim card push slot to make it more user friendly. sim slot was a real pain to work with had to buy a metal casing for the sim card I was putting in because the plastic on sim card cracked a little.
