Review: Works 10/10 for mama raccoon and 4-6week old babies in chimney. We have retired fire place, heard scratching in smoke box above the fire box. I went and saw our chimney cap had blown off and looked down to find the raccoons. Soaked a rag on a rope, sent it down and it hung about 2 feet above them. This was around 6p and checked at 6a and they were gone. A little goes a long way this stuff smells toxic.

It DOES NOT WORK. I used the entire bottle in a very small area outside my front door (bushes around my condo), in my flower bed. Rat was back that day and subsequently. I started with a small amount. Then used to half a bottle. Then the rest of the bottle all with in a day period. Same rat keeps coming back. Waste of money. I'd give this no stars, but that's not possible.
