Review: Good little slicer - It works well for a cheapy mandolin. It has a bunch of attachments which is great. The thin slicer could be a little thinner. I bought it to slice ginger for pickling and i wish it sliced a little thinner. it does save time vs a knife if i have a lot to slice up.

It works well for a cheapy mandolin. It has a bunch of attachments which is great. The thin slicer could be a little thinner. I bought it to slice ginger for pickling and i wish it sliced a little thinner. it does save time vs a knife if i have a lot to slice up.
