This one is a Tidradio TDH8 from desertcart on special at @ £39.99. Not DMR but analogue with VHF and UHF. This radio features BT programming or the usual USB. Most of the programming so far has been by USB and is really fast at reading and writing. Comes with a desktop charger which it and the battery has a USB-C charging socket. Pretty solid radio.

Radio arrived quickly via Amazon. Thought I would treat myself to a new handset to play with and consume my time. This one is a Tidradio TDH8 from Amazon on special at @ £39.99. Not DMR but analogue with VHF and UHF. This radio features BT programming or the usual USB. Most of the programming so far has been by USB and is really fast at reading and writing. Comes with a desktop charger which it and the battery has a USB-C charging socket. Pretty solid radio.

Nice radio for the price it's a little difficult to program using the software on your phone but that could be down to me it easily connects via Bluetooth and transfer speed is very fast it can be programmed from the radio but that's very slow to do its designed for a licenced radio amateur and it works well in that capacity its 10w power output on high the limit for newly licensed amateur it also has two lower power settings it works well on 2m and 70cm and it can be used on repeaters in my opinion the Airband is just a gimmick you can receive it but I can't find a way to program it in so the scanning function is useless it also receives normal FM and has a built in flashlight so for the price it's worth taking a look at
