Don’t understand it but it works fantastic! I give these to everyone I know and not one complaint! Anyone suffering from back, neck and should pain will certainly appreciate. One thing I would tell you it’s a little tough on tender skin. But I just put little oil, then allow water to wash over it and it comes off.
