Review: No issues after 4 months of heavy everyday use. - I've been using it for around 4 months now on a Quadro RTX 5000 inside a Dell Precision 7820 and it's been flawless. I've been using it for around 4 months now on a Quadro RTX 5000 inside a Dell Precision 7820 and it's been flawless. The Dell 950W PSU only comes with two 6+2 PCI-e cables and I already have a P5000 in the machine that needs a single 8 pin cable. I used this to split the other 8 pin cable to power the RTX 5000 which needs an 8 pin + 6 pin. Works great and pulls the full power of the card, around 230W, with no issues. PSU hasn't blown up either which is also a bonus, I suppose. It seems well made, connecting points are all snug and the wires are flexible enough to manoeuvre around. Judging by other reviewers that are using it on higher TDP cards, the cable seems well made and I'd recommend it.
