I purchase this for two reasons one the way the top of the backpack opens to put your item straight down in without the whole backpack opening forward. The second reason was the wheels. I have been using this backpack every day since I purchased it. I typically carry a laptop, a tablet, some charging cords and a small speaker and some files. As I was walking with crutches, one of the straps failed and was pulled through the stitching. And my backpack fell off and took me with it. The quality appeared to be really good until it failed and the strap just pulled completely. They need to reinforce the stitching and not just do two rows of stitching. Now I’m stuck with a one strapped rolling backpack until the second strap fails.
