A: No. It's just the tail meat.

A: These crawfish tails come fully cooked, You only need to defrost them overnight in your refrigerator.  In my experience, crawfish tails are mostly used as the featured ingredient in many stovetop Cajun or Creole recipes from the southern U.S.

**Q: Is it raw or precooked?**
A: Precooked but u can heat mildly with any recipe. Very very good.
