Came complete with battery and the allen key to mount it, (but not the key to adjust it). Fits the standard picatinny rail like a dream and tightens fast. Button switch feels nice and works a dream. Has an undermounted pic rail to add further attachments which is slightly smaller than the normal 20mm one. Can't speak as to its longevity... but I will update if it dies.
